阿波の青石が好材料として存在したからなのか、四国地方には鋭い美意識を持った古庭園が多い。特に徳島や西条・宇和島といった城下町には、知られざる名庭が生きています。- 息上がる、大人を尻目に、しゅらしゅしゅしゅ
香川の雑煮は、白味噌にあん餅が入った『あん餅雑煮』 – “Anmochi zoni”, local food of Kagawa pref.
