4月30日に高松の商店街にあるみやげ物屋さん、さぬき産業工芸館「サン・クラッケ」が
リニューアルオープンするそうです。

高松市南新町商店街内で地場産品の展示販売等を行う、さぬき産業工芸館「サン・クラッケ」が4月30日（火曜日）にリニューアルオープンします。
The souvenir shop “sunquelaque” will renew and open in Takamatsu city, Kagawa pref., Japan.

※「サン」は讃岐の讃（さん）と太陽（Sun）をかけて、「クラッケ」は、フランス語で「なに？」を意味するク（Que）と「漆、塗り、漆器」を意味するラッケ（Laque）を組み合わせています。
“sunquelaque” stands for
“Sun” means Sun and Sanuki’s San.
“que” means “what” in french.
“laque” means “Urushi(Japanese lacquer)” in french.

「本当にいいもの」を紹介
地域の食品や伝統的工芸品など古くから地域の暮らしの中で愛用され、将来に残していきたい地場産品の展示・販売を行います。開店時の取扱品目は約150点。開店後、徐々に増加するほか、定期的にテーマを設定して商品の入れ替えを行います。

We’ll sell and exhibit local products which have been loved in local day-to-day life like local foods and traditional crafts.

「県民参加型」の店づくり、商品づくり
お客様からの情報をもとに商品を発掘し、さらに試作品の試食・品評会など商品開発過程においてもお客様に参加していただきます。
Participatory approach
We’ll try to discover commercial products with information from customers.
We’ll take place tasting party and competitive show.
And customers can join to the process of product development.

地元でものづくりをする人のサポーターとしての役割
生産者が商品に込めた思い、製造工程、原材料などの情報を発信するほか、店頭イベントとして、生産者による実演、消費者参加による作業体験を行います。
Serving as supporter of making things in the local.
We’ll support transmission of information about producers’ feeling, manufacturing process and source reagent.
And We’ll take place demonstration sale of producer.

『さぬきの醤油といりこ』
Soy Sauce and Iriko in Sanuki.
日程 – Date：2013年4月30日（火）～

　・醤油といりこの試食会
　　Tasting party of Soy sauce and Iriko.
　・いりこだし、醤油を使った料理とそのレシピの紹介
　　Introducing recipe of cooking with Soy sauce and Iriko soup.
　・「パリパリ焙煎いりこ」の手作業実演（4月30日(火)～5月2日(木)　11時～15時）
　　Demonstration sale of roasting iriko.
