手作りのドーナツ専門店。コポリドーナツは高松にあるおいしいドーナツのお店です。50種類のなかから日替わりで10種類くらいのドーナツが棚に並んでいます。ハンドドリップのコーヒーもとても美味しいです。

I often go to this doughnuts shop “COPOLI DOUGHNUTS”. They only sell a rich variety of doughnuts with vegetables and fruits in season. Coffee is also very delicious.

国産小麦を使った生地を米油で揚げたドーナツ。オーム乳業の九州産生クリームを使用。夏〜秋は酸味のあるフランボワーズクリームをつかったドーナツなどあっさり系が日替わりで3〜4種類、冬〜春は10種類ほど店頭に並びます。

夏だけのコポリドーナツ、その名も『夏コポ』。金・土・日の営業で時間は12-17時。イートインのみ、ドリンクはテイクアウトも可能です。

Copoli doughnuts only in summer, called ‘Natsu (Summer) Copo’. Open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, hours 12-5pm. Eat-in only, drinks can also be taken away. The café latte brown sugar float on the back menu is also highly recommended!


夏ドーナツ。通常のコポリのドーナツに比べ卵とバターが多めの生地で、すこし黄色く気泡が大きめです。

Summer doughnut. More eggy and buttery dough than regular Copoli doughnuts, with a slightly yellow colour and larger air bubbles.


揚げ時間が短く水分を飛ばさないため、しっとり軽めの食感で、口溶けもいいドーナツです。

Because the frying time is short and the moisture is not skimmed off, the donuts have a moist, light texture and melt-in-the-mouth qualities.


冷蔵庫で冷やしてもしっとりと硬くなりすぎず気泡が多いのでクリームも多くはいります。

It does not become too moist and hard when chilled in the fridge and has a lot of air bubbles, so it can hold a lot of cream.

カフェラテ黒糖フロート。裏メニューなのに人気すぎてなくなりがち。カフェラテに黒糖のアイスが乗っています。

It’s on the back menu but too popular and tends to disappear. Café latte with brown sugar ice cream on top.

限定メニューのベイクドアップル。紅玉を使ったキャラメリゼして生クリーム、パイとサンド。


ふわふわモチモチとした食感のドーナッツ。
たくさん食べてももたれない、軽くて爽やかな味わいです。
The doughnuts have a wonderful, chewy texture on the inside.
If you eat many, they digested quickly.


イートインコーナーもあって数人であれば店内でくつろげます。
You can eat them and drink in the shop.


日替わりで10種類近くのドーナツが並んでいます。
昼過ぎにはほぼ完売になることもあるので、午前中の来店がオススメ。
There are about 10 kinds of doughnuts on a day-by-day.
Because they were often sold out early-afternoon, you should come in the morning.
