昭和の雰囲気が残る木造の建物が立ち並ぶ路地に伊藤製パン所はあります。おばあちゃんがあんから手作りし、曜日ごとに種類の異なるパンが、ガラスケースのなかに並んでいます。早朝から仕込むパンは、お昼頃に完成します。月・木曜は菓子パン、火・金曜は食パン、水・土曜は揚げパンの日です。

Various old houses can be seen along the road at Nio town, Mitoyo city, Kagawa pref., Japan. I went to the old-fashioned bread shop “Ito Bread Factory”. There are a lot of delicious breads in the glass show case of the shop. I came to love these breads and mood of that. This is a flavor from the old days. The baker use the recipe for old-style bread and make the nationally popular bread every early morning.

ネーミングも面白く、左がフランスパン、右がメロンパン。お店開店当初からこのように呼ばれてきて、長いこと仁尾町民に親しまれてきました。
