瀬戸内にきたら見てほしい景色『瀬戸の夕凪』 evening calm at Seto Inland Sea

瀬戸内海は、夏になると夕凪（ゆうなぎ）といって海風から陸風へ切り替わるときの無風状態が起こります。風が吹かないので本当に暑いのですが、この時に見える瀬戸内海の夕景は格別です。

In Seto Inland Sea, you can see beautiful sun set because of evening calm at Seto Inland Sea. There is very little breeze in this time, so surface of water glitter sun shine.

今日は、源平屋島の合戦で有名な屋島の山上展望台から女木島（鬼ヶ島）や男木島を望む瀬戸の夕景をお届けします。悠久の時に思いを馳せながら、心静かに夕焼けを眺めてみてはいかがでしょうか。

屋島は、島と言っても今では陸続きになっています。
屋島山上へは、屋島ドライブウェイをつかって車で行くことができます。（通行料金：乗用車610円）
公共交通機関では、ことでん屋島駅とJR屋島駅からバスが山上までのバスがでています。
ただし、最終バスは17:25なので夏に夕焼けをみるなら、
帰りは自力で登山道を下ることになります。
地元の方が散歩されているので比較的安心ですが、
山道なので真っ暗になる前に帰りましょう。

Although Yashima is kind of island, you can go there by car through Yashima Drive way (transit fee : 600 yen). If you go there by train, there is bus from Kotoden Yashima station. But, the last bus from Yashima is 17:25, thus, if you see sunset in the summer, you should go down a mountain. Because I think it is not the good plan, let’s go down before it becomes dark.
