万国共通の川遊び、「水切り」。その世界王者を決めようと、
仁淀川の河原で毎年開催しています。

水切りとは？
水切りとは、河原の石を川面に投げて、水の上を跳ねさせる「スポーツ」です。
この大会では、男性・女性・子どもの計３部門で、
美しさ・飛距離・回数の総合評価で順位を競います。
水切りに国境はありません。
この夏、仁淀川で水切りの世界王者を決めようではありませんか。

What’s MIZUKIRI?
‘Stone skipping’ is a sport in which you toss flat stones towards a river in such a way that they skip across the water’s surface.The competition is divided into three divisions: men, women, and children. Scores are based on the number of times the stone skips, overall distance, and beauty of the throw. This competition is open to people of all nationalities! Join us this summer at Niyodo River for your chance to become the Stone-skipping World Champion!

場所：高知県いの町波川公園（仁淀川橋下の河原）
時間：午前9時～午後4時
費用：大人500円・中学生以下300円　※当日参加は大人800円・中学生以下500円 ※人数制限あり

Location : Ino Town Hakawa Park (Riverbed in front of the Niyodogawa Bridge)
Competition : 23rd August 2015 sun 9am – 4pm ,Registration starts at 9am.
Entry Free : Adults:500JPY,Children up to age15:300JPY.
