スティーブン・ホールつながりで、ハドソンヤード再開発。
ハドソン・ヤードはマンハッタンの西側、
ハドソン川沿いにある列車庫を中心としたエリアと、
そこから42丁目へ至るエリア、ハドソンリバーに着く船の積み下ろし桟橋と倉庫。
2012年ニューヨーク・オリンピックに落選したことで、
改めて練り直されることとなった。再開発計画。
